It is wide use in coal mine, iron ore, drilling and well construction cable repair and pressure number is most applicable. The machine adopts high-quality alloy aluminum box and mold, hydraulic clamping system, alarm to indicate temperature, automatic temperature control, high-efficiency, energy saving, easy operating, easy maintenance. After repairing, the cables’ appearance of smoothly, fastness, good sealing.

3. Structure

The cable splicing machine is composed of the Bâti, electrical system, hydraulic system, control system panel. Hydraulic system is including hydraulic cylinders, pistons, valves and lever. The hydraulic systems complete the mould lifting pressure, to ensure process of heating sticky complement. Bâti are the main components of the machine, build of welding steel with walking mechanism tooling box and counterweight iron to form a complete unified machine. It is easy to move. The electrical and heating systems are assembled, unified control. It is with temperature indicator and a timer. It has lighting and electric bell alarm device, to form a good adjustment control performance.
