===TWO ROLL CALENDER===
APPLICATION
It is mainly used for calendaring rubber products such as tyre , conveyor belt ,rubber sheet etc.
FEATURES
1. It adopts peripheral drilled roll with good heating and cooling effects.
2. Axis cross ,pre-loading are set on rolls to ensure the product’s precision.
3. It can be equipped with hydraulic locking device which can match wide head extruder.
===THREE ROLL CALENDER===
APPLICATION
It is mainly used for one-face once continuous coating rubber sheet of fiber cord, canvas and other woven material ,or calendering pure rubber sheet for engineering tyre inner liner.
FEATURES
1. It adopts peripheral drilled roll with good heating and cooling effects.
2. Axis cross ,pre-loading，pull-back device are set to ensure the product’s precision.
3. Control system adopts PLC, safety and reliability , easy operation and high automation.
===FOUR ROLL CALENDER===
APPLICATION
It is mainly used for one-face and double face once continuous coating rubber sheet of fiber cord, canvas and other woven material ,sheeting rubber stock, calendaring thin rubber sheet of for inner liner and airtight layer of meridian tyre.
FEATURES
- Tailored structure, easy to operate and install.
- There are many speeds and speed ratios available, which can satisfy most customers’ formula and technique requirements.
- Frame and base. looking very nice, are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving.
- The speed reducer is the hard-tooth surface gear reducer of Class 6 precision, which has long service life and low noise.
- Perfect emergency stop device can ensure the safety of person and equipment
- The seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil
- The calendar is equipped with rolling bearings.
- The roll is made of chilled cast iron alloy (LTG-H), equipped with rotating joint. Its surface finish is over Ra0.8.bored and drilled rolls are optional.
- Friction gear with single output axle adopts herringbone gear, rotating stably.
- Full range of bending deflections is optional including middle height, inflection and axis crossing.
- Different control systems are available to customers, including bus-mastering system, PLC control system and general control system.
- Driving structure with single output axis takes the place of big and small driving gears.
