Application
The machine Mainly used for producing of foaming slippers, foaming sheet, thermal insulation material, sports protective material, life jacket, sponge and other rubber products.

I. Feature:

1. Main frame uses casting steel. Piston adopts chilled cast iron, with surface hardness HR-70.
2. With large clamping force, high open & close speed, and high production efficiency.
3. Automatic ascending,bumping,pressurization and descending operations.
4. High speed ascending, pressure retaining for better product quality.
5. Fast release valve for fast descending but incorporates adjustable speed.

II. Structure (EVA sheet vulcanizer)
This Rubber machine including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet.
Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device
Under the control of PLC, this machine achieves automatic mould closing, vulcanization timing, exhausting time and frequency setting, mould opening, mould pushing, and so on.
