Application
The machine is used for rubber belt making, rubber sheet making, rubber sealing strips making, rubber mold making, rubber slippers making and other rubber productions making.
I. Feature:
-1. Mainly consists of main machine, hydraulic system and electrical system.
-2. Frame type with bottom hydraulic cylinder.
-3. Adopts hydraulic drive, electric relay control, the curing time and pressure can be adjusted.
-4. The oil tank was arranged at the left side, avoid of the influence of hot platen temperature.
-5. Can provide hand control and electric control as customer's request.
-6. There are two kinds of heating method for hot platen, steam heating and electric heating.
-7. The hot platen clearance can be designed as per the size of product & mould.
-8. The machine with PLC system.
